Our Administrators

Meet our Administrators

Mrs. Stroh has served in the Newhall School District for over 20 years. She began teaching in Newhall in 2000 and has taught every elementary grade. She began her career at Wiley Canyon and then moved to help open McGrath.  From there, she taught at Oak Hills and then served as a district instructional coach. Mrs. Stroh was the Distance Learning Administrator and most recently assistant principal at Newhall Elementary School.  This is her first year as principal at Peachland and she is so excited to serve and lead the Peachland community.

Mrs. Stroh believes that in a positive and hard-working environment, ALL students can learn.  She and her staff strive to create a school culture where parents, staff members, and the community work together to build a safe, collaborative, intellectually-stimulating environment where students can thrive academically, physically, and socially.

When Mrs. Stroh is not at school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and pup.  She loves yoga and Pilates, staying active, and watching her daughter cheer up and her son play lacrosse. She especially enjoys spending time with friends and family, laughing, and having fun.

Mrs. Beltran is entering her fourth year in the Newhall School District and her seventh year as an assistant principal. She began her career as an elementary teacher, dedicating 10 years to serving students in Pacoima and San Bernardino County before transitioning into school leadership. After serving as the assistant principal at McGrath Elementary, she is excited to join the Peachland Elementary community this year and looks forward to partnering with students, staff, and families to build a positive school culture where all students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Mrs. Beltran believes every child can thrive when they feel safe, supported, and inspired. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, celebrating each student's unique strengths, and creating a school environment where kindness, collaboration, and high expectations help everyone reach their fullest potential.

Outside of school, Mrs. Espinoza-Beltran enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. She loves decorating her home, finding unique jewelry, creating memories with family and friends, and embracing opportunities to laugh and enjoy life’s everyday moments.
